The Delta Zeta Alumni Foundation is a registered 501(c) 3 non-profit founded in 2002 with the express purpose of providing annual scholarships to students that attend Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio. Additionally; through its mentorship program the foundation provides a conduit to established professionals worldwide who offer advice and guidance to selected students which improves their opportunities for internships and career opportunities in a multitude of career fields.
The Foundation was established by alumni brothers that attended the university and were initiated into the Delta Zeta Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated or other chapters after graduation. In the past six years, the foundation has raised over $75,000 through an annual Homecoming Reception, the efforts of its members, corporate sponsors and other supporters of the foundation and its mission. The foundation is operated by a volunteer board.
Our focus is to bring tangible resources to the university for the enhancement of its students while in school and for their careers once they graduate. Our mission is to be a viable entity and ensure that we play a role in preparing today’s young minds for tomorrow.
The Foundation is made up of alumni brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi, Delta Zeta Chapter with expertise across several major industries -across corporate, government, sports and entertainment and the U.S. military.
