About The Foundation

The Delta Zeta Alumni Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, established in 2002 with the primary mission of supporting students at Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio through annual scholarships. For almost 20 years, the Foundation has proudly awarded nearly $120,000 in scholarships, directly impacting the academic journeys and futures of dozens of deserving students. These scholarships are made possible through the generosity of alumni, corporate sponsors, and supporters who contribute via our annual Homecoming Reception and other fundraising initiatives. The Foundation is led by a dedicated volunteer board composed of alumni brothers initiated into the Delta Zeta Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated, as well as members from other chapters who share a commitment to service and education. 

Beyond financial support, the Foundation operates a mentorship program that connects students with accomplished professionals across various industries. This network provides guidance, internship opportunities, and career development resources that help students transition successfully from college to career.

Our mission is to be a lasting and impactful presence at Central State University—bringing tangible resources to students during their academic careers and helping prepare them for success after graduation. We remain committed to empowering the next generation of leaders through scholarship, mentorship, and community engagement.
